Feeling confident in yourself is usually much easier said than done. The good news is that with practice it gets easier and easier to step into your power. Our leaders are sharing their favorite tips to boost their self-esteem in a matter of minutes.

  1. “My confidence tip is doing anything self-care related because the better I am treating my body, the better I feel on the inside and can project that externally! I love anything that feels more “special,” like a face mask or blowing out my hair.”

  2. “Find a few go-to mood boosting songs that make you feel unstoppable and ready for anything. Play them and dance around while you’re getting ready, or driving, or whenever you need a confidence boost! You can even make a playlist. For me right now it’s anything by Megan Thee Stallion.”
