What a year we have had.
I came across a quote in a newsletter that felt timely: ““Don’t trust the map, trust the compass” A great acknowledgement that we often don’t have a fully formed map of life ahead. A good compass (a good set of principles/systems/values), however, can always help us stay on the best path.”
This rings true for me when I reflect on 2021. It has been another year of uncertainty and change, which is out of our control. What was and is always in our control is how we show up every day, and I know that because you are here right now, you have been showing up fully as YOU, all year.
We are so grateful to have you as a member of this community, and appreciate your support more than you know. We work hard to create the most meaningful mental fitness experience possible, for you and your team.
Our proudest moments of 2021:
1. We welcomed 2 new class leaders to the Liberate family: Sasha W. and Cristina D., both with deep backgrounds in wellness.
2. We launched our on demand library and most recently… our mobile app!
3. We supported over 60 companies with corporate wellness classes and programs (and we’re just getting started).
4. Of course… we went on SHARK TANK and shared our mission with the entire nation. COME ON!
We promise to continue to empower with well-being resources and tools. This is just the beginning, and we are humbled to have you share this journey. The future is bright and we have a great compass to guide us!
