It was a great experience. Awesome to take some time out of the day to relax and breathe. Was very helpful to not think about work and to focus on breathing and letting stress go. Highly recommend it.
I enjoyed the Desk Chair Yoga session very much. The stretches were very practical and effective and my neck, back and shoulders feel better already.
I really enjoyed taking 30 minutes to do some stretches during the workday. Even though they were simple stretches, I feel more energized and have better mental clarity than I did before the class. And the playlist provided is so soothing!
