So glad the company set this up for health & wellness week. It’s hard to stay committed to mindfulness so it’s nice to be guided through a meditation that is easily applicable to my everyday routine
This class was a nice break in the day and a good way to help reset oneself. It was nice to learn new meditation techniques
The instructor was a very positive leader for our group and she did a great job explaining the exercise. I felt very relaxed afterwards!
