This was my first ever time meditating and I’d have to say it was much easier than I had expected to relax my mind
These classes are a brilliant way to practice mindfulness, regroup, and return to work feeling more refreshed. Loved the exercises! Would’ve never thought to try those out before – love the classes!
What a wonderful way to take a step back and reset your head-space, and unexpectedly to be able to do it in the middle of the work day.
