I think these sorts of workshops are so important. Especially these days when everything is crazy. They’re calming and incredibly helpful in terms of getting you to slow down and focus.
The guided meditation and prompts were some of the best I have experienced. The guide was intentional, caring, and committed to our metal wellness. Truly amazing
