The instructor’s energy was wonderful and radiant. She really embodied the words and wellness practices that she talked about. I was very impressed that she called out everyone’s comments and names.
The session we did was on Wellness and the act of physically journaling was a great idea. It helped me identify themes and remind me of my sources of joy.
I actually really appreciated that there was no forced interaction with the group. It allowed me to be in my own space and move outside of that at my leisure, without feeling the pressure of conforming to expectations around group communication.
One of my company’s ERGs hosted a Gratitude workshop which was such a nice time set aside to connect with the present moment and get a much needed moment of stillness into the day.
